About the event
Please join the Friends of Lafayette Park for a "Cleaning and Greening" workday. Help to maintain the park and get to know your neighbors. We install new plants, weed, sweep and more. We meet beforehand for coffee and pastries, lively conversation, and then head-out with the SFRPD gardeners to help beautify our park. Please wear closed-toe shoes, long pants and a long-sleeve shirt. All tools and gloves provided.
Meet at the picnic tables at the south end of the Children's Playground. (NOTE: If the first Saturday of the month is a major holiday, then the workday will happen on the following Saturday.)
